I applied for a loan through TEGFCU and Dillon C. has been beyond helpful. This is my first time trying to go through a financing process and the guidance, communication, and encouragement Dillon has given me has been exceptional and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah Stropoli, who was extremely helpful and professional. TEG is an excelled credit union and so is their staff.

It’s a branch new branch in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful. TEG offers competitive rates and a thorough selection of banking products. Both my wife and daughter have also recently become members. I’ve been a long-time customer of another credit union in the Hudson Valley, and I seem to be slowly moving all of my banking activity to TEG. Stop in and see them!

Visited the COllege Center branch in Poughkeepsie on 10/5/24. My teller Garrett provided the utmost customer service. I couldn’t remember the exact name of a biller whom I needed a bank check for. He took the time to extend himself by sorting through my previous transactions and identified the biller. It was greatly appreciated as I was able to secure a bank check to handle a much needed payment right at that moment.

She made me feel valued and always addressed my financial inquiries promptly. This branch has never disappointed me or my wife. This time I was writing Tyreik Brown about a loan I was approved for. Tyreik went above and beyond because originally I was approved for a loan and wanted 48 months but they gave me 36 months. I told Tyreik I woukd’ve jumped at the 48 but instead of him just being like take it or leave it he calls me back shortly and tells me he got me 42 months which I was fine with. After seeing how much work he put in for me and my wife we decided to go with it this morning all through email which every reply back was very fast. They had me and my wife docusign online while we both were at our jobs and then I had to send all my statements that I got online. He already wrote back to me that all checks are already in the mail! This branch definitely is A+++ for customer service. I also want to say how great his coworker Maria was while he was out one day as well, and the tellers are always friendly as well! Great job TEG!!!
