To always provide you with the most valuable financial tools and benefits, TEG is moving from Mastercard® to Visa in early fall. Accepted worldwide, Visa makes it easy to pay every day and gives you enhanced benefits, protections, and special offers.

Because it is a TEGFCU card, you can enjoy an excellent rate while earning points for reliable rewards.

Plus, all TEGFCU’s credit and debit Visa cards will be part of a new robust rewards program that combines points, allowing you to maximize your everyday purchases and earn rewards faster.

Please note:

• Although you can see both your current MasterCard and Visa card, your account has been moved to your new Visa card.
• You may use your Mastercard until 10/16 but any transactions will be transferred and shown in your new Visa account.
• Please activate your new Visa credit card as soon as you get it in the mail (no later than 10/7).

Important for Scheduled Payments:
If you have a scheduled payment from your TEG Savings or Checking account to your TEG MasterCard, please go into your Visa card  and set up a new payment now.

Payments set up within MasterCard are not being carried over. Please reschedule and/or make any new payments using your Visa card.

• Select Cancel Transfer if it was a one-time scheduled transfer for your Mastercard
• Select Cancel Series if it was a recurring transfer for your Mastercard
• Schedule new payments to your new Visa credit card by going to Transfer & Pay, select Transfers, then Make a Transfer, select your Visa credit card
