He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable. His excellent customer service truly stood out, and he deserves to be recognized. She made me feel valued and always addressed my financial inquiries promptly. Danielle was transparent about potential outcomes and provided strategies to improve my financial situation in the future. I have no plans to switch to another financial institution after meeting her. I will continue to work with Danielle Gatto, as she is exceptional.
