Great credit union!

Always a pleasure working with the Hyde Park branch. The staff are intelligent and helpful. I never feel like I’m a burden with my questions.

While visiting the Hyde Park branch, which is my local branch that I use often. I had a wonderful woman named Sally J who spent a lot of time helping me rectify my Zelle account. It took her at least 45 minutes to do what she needed to do and treated me exceptionally well during the whole process.

Sally was super patient and helpful in getting my 19 year old set up with her credit card and bank account.

My teller was pleasant, knowledgeable, and handled the transfer without any difficulty.

Wow my husband and I had above and beyond service!!! The three girls, Teresa, Sally, and Ann were soooo supportive!!! We were extremely thankful for their help!

Went to the counter today and both ladies were great and very friendly in Hyde Park.

As a member of TEG I utilize the Hyde Park branch all the time. The tellers, Sally, Madison, and Julie are so awesome. They always are so professional and fun. Teresa the manager has assisted me in so many ways, with assisting with notary, filing important forms and several personal loans. I just love the atmosphere and the people that work there and always look forward to the smiling faces.

Their quick thinking and great listening skills saved me $1500, which would have been devastating had the scammer succeeded. I’m so grateful for them. You should give them a raise!!! Zach at the Hyde Park branch was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I were in a REALLY tight pinch for a loan approval for a truck and needed it the same day. He went above and beyond helping us and got us approved, even called the dealership to let them know we received an approval so our deposit remained valid. Ultra-responsive and personable. I had the pleasure of working with TEG through probably one of the toughest real estate years, 2020. They happily, and tirelessly gave prompt pre-approvals for dozens of homes. It gave me the necessary competitive edge to actually have several offers be accepted and I’m very thankful for that.
