I had the pleasure of working with Aliesha Johnson who is the Assistant Branch Manager and the Crystal Run Rd. Middletown, NY branch. She was extremely helpful, very polite, and when she said she was going to email you something she did and you didn’t have to wait days for it. It was like right away. She is the perfect fit for this branch.

We love TEG! Their customer service is off-the-charts amazing, folks are always willing to help us figure out a problem or answer a question. They have great savings options and their loan products are really good for our needs.

Aliesha Johnson did an amazing job! It was seamless. I went and met with her and i was approved for a used auto loan, then had a check within 3 hours. As a longtime member with great history I expected that. Great personal service that most other banks never do anymore. I’m old school and it’s great to just sit down with a representative. Two other banks I went to said just fill our the application online and I hate that. I’m just a number at that point with no quick definitive answers. Thank you Aliesha!

For a first time credit card holder, Aliesha was very helpful with the process. When I didn’t have everything I needed, she was simply able to pause the process and pick up where we left off. All it took was a few minutes to figure out what I was looking for and to sign documents.
