Visited the COllege Center branch in Poughkeepsie on 10/5/24. My teller Garrett provided the utmost customer service. I couldn’t remember the exact name of a biller whom I needed a bank check for. He took the time to extend himself by sorting through my previous transactions and identified the biller. It was greatly appreciated as I was able to secure a bank check to handle a much needed payment right at that moment.

I’ve been a member at TEG for years. Every time I go employees are so friendly and helpful. I never had a bad experience. Keep up the great job.
