Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)

This might be the best option for you if you want the flexibility to borrow funds as you need them. With a revolving line of credit, it’s easy to finance needs like home improvements that may take separate phases to complete.

We offer home equity lines of credit up to 100% of the appraised value of your home (including any 1st mortgage lien). HELOC interest rates are variable2 and tiered depending on your credit history, term & loan-to-value (LTV). You’ll still be responsible for homeowners insurance, flood insurance and tax search fees.

1No closing costs unless it is paid in full within 36 months, in which case the borrower will pay $500 towards closing costs if the loan is under $100,000 and $750 if the loan is $100,000.01 or more.
