We offer home equity lines of credit up to 100% of the appraised value of your home (including any 1st mortgage lien). HELOC interest rates are variable2 and tiered depending on your credit history, term & loan-to-value (LTV). You’ll still be responsible for homeowners insurance, flood insurance and tax search fees.
