Beware of Facebook Ad Scams
We have recently seen an uptake of debit card scams regarding items purchased through Facebook ads. While a few real companies do advertise, don’t trust everything you see on Facebook. If you are interested, it is always a good idea to practice your due-diligence research before making a buying decision. Find the product on Amazon or another trustworthy source, but don’t follow the link, especially if the prices are too good to be true. This could be a sign that the company is fake and they will never ship you a product, or will ship a fake cheap knockoff.
If you try to dispute this, be aware that Mastercard requires a tracked return.
