What is eStatements Service?
The eStatements service provides electronic delivery of your monthly or quarterly
statements, which will take the place of your mailed paper statement.
Is there a fee for TEG's eStatements
service?
There is no charge for the TEG eStatements service. It is absolutely free!
How do I sign up for eStatements?
From our home page www.tegfcu.com click on
the button that says eStatement sign up and follow the directions on the eStatement
sign up page.
How do I receive my eStatement?
To receive your eStatement, you log onto our home page www.tegfcu.com
then click on the eStatement button.
Why did I have to give my email address
to sign up?
TEG likes to keep current e-mail addresses just as we like to keep phone numbers
and addresses current. By having a current e-mail address on file, this gives
TEG a fast, easy and efficient way to communicate with our members. It also
enables TEG to advise you electronically of our latest special rates and promotions.
Of course, your e-mail address is confidential. You will
receive an e-mail notification when your eStatement is available for viewing.
Will my eStatement be on TEG's Web site
if for some reason I don't receive my e-mail notification?
Yes, your eStatement and e-mail notification are independent of one another. If
you do not receive your e-mail notification, your eStatement will still be on TEG's
Web site.
What are the software/system requirements I need to view my eStatement online?
You will need a Web browser such as Internet Explorer/Netscape Communicator and
an Internet connection. You will also need the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in to view
your eStatement using a PDF format or view your statement in HTML format using
the Internet.
What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat
Reader?
Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that you can download.

How do I print my eStatement?
By using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, press the printer icon. You can either
print the entire statement or just a particular page.

How do I save my eStatement?
Using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, press on the diskette icon. You will then
be asked where on your computer you would like to save it.
Can I receive a paper statement
as well as an electronic statement?
No, you can either receive a paper statement or an electronic statement. You can
not receive both.
Why can't I receive the statement(s)
of my joint account?
According to the law, we must deliver the statement to the primary account holder.
Is my eStatement secure and safe?
eStatements are designed with several state-of-the-art security features to keep
your account information safe. These features include:
a. A firewall software security management system
b. 128-bit encryption
When will my eStatement be available?
Your eStatement will be available during the first week of the new month.
Can I get my eStatement e-mailed
to me instead?
No, your eStatement can not be e-mailed to you.
How long will my eStatement be available?
Previous eStatements will be available up to 12 months.
What should I use for my password?
Your password should be 5-9 characters long. No symbols will be accepted. Be sure
to select something that is easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.
This password, used with your account number, gives you access only to your eStatement.
Is the password case sensitive?
Your password is not case sensitive and the password field supports all characters
on your keyboard.
How do I change my password?
Once you have logged in to retrieve your eStatement, you may change your password
by clicking on Account Maintenance from the menu option. Delete the old password
and enter the new password. Click on Save Changes. The password change will be
effective the next login.
What if I forget my password?
Click the eStatement button on TEG's home page. On the logon page click on "forget
your password?". You will be asked your security question and security answer.
Your password will then be e-mailed to you. For additional assistance with this

What if I want to cancel eStatements?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statement at any time. To cancel
eStatements, simply click on the "eStatements" button on TEG's home page and log
in to eStatements. Choose Account Maintenance from the menu option. Check off
the button that says "please unsubscribe me from eStatement service". You may also
cancel by contacting the credit union at 845-452-7323 or toll free at 888-834-8255
or send us an e-mail.

Can I have my eStatement e-mail notification
sent to more than one e-mail address?
We can only send your eStatement notification to one e-mail address.
How do I notify the credit union
of my new e-mail address?
You can change your e-mail address online by choosing Account Maintenance from
the menu option when logged into the Web site. For additional assistance with this
feature you can contact our Members Services Department. We can be contacted at
845-452-7323 or 888-834-8255 or send an e-mail
when logged into the Web site.

Can my eStatement information be
exported to other programs?
TEG eStatements can be saved as a text file, HTML file, or PDF file but eStatements
do not currently support any financial software packages.
